How to add on Accounting Module

I currently using Cpanel 9.4.1-S65, and I am trying to run the online billing program Automatic WHM account creation & Paypal subscription billing system. Auto-Host 2 adds many new features & greatly enhanced functionality to the Auto-Host script and when I config this program and try to register as a user there is error :

Warning: main(/usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/Accounting.php.inc): failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in /home/hostvn/public_html/order/inc/checking.php

Please help me

If you have root access check the permissions of the file or consider copying the file to an accessible location. Without root access, you may not be able to resolve this issue without your host's help.
