how to add a cPanel add on script installation

Hi everyone, I haven't had much luck finding information on this.

I want to know how I can build or install a script that will automatically install a CMS Made Simple on my cPanel, similar to like you can install the OSCommerce, so that it is easy for users of cPanel to install it with a database and everything. Is this possible to do, or is this something I would have to request to cPanel admin?
