How to upgrade to Coppermine 1.3.3

Currently in the latest version of Webhost Manager, the Addon script Coppermine version used is 1.3.2. According to Coppermine's website, there are multiple security flaws in that version and they recommend you upgrade to their latest version 1.3.3

I was trying to upgrade it in the addon manager, but it will not upgrade to the latest version, and I have also tried upgrading webhost and cpanel to your latest version, but without success, the coppermine version will not upgrade. Can someone guide me to how I can upgrade this?

Not sure if this has anything to do with it but when I installed version 1.32 form cpanel UPDATE.PHP was missing.... http://coppermine.sourceforge.net/ try get it fomr there as well as upgrade procedures
