I need a WHM addon done for me? User(uid)/Group(gid)

Hi

Can someone do a addon for me heres what I need to do:

run a script that will sortout any miss match User(uid)/Group(gid) for all or on a per account bases in public_html/*

what it should look like:
3 x tables on the page,

1st table with a list dropdown box at the top of the page with a list of all the account within my vps and a all users
this table would be for setting the User(uid)
and a go button.

2nd same as table 1 but setting the Group(gid)

3rd same as table 1 but setting both the User(uid) and Group(gid)

who could help me (and poss others) out with this?
