Default Initial PHPBB Build in WHM

I have a new cpanel build, everything installed ok other than PHPBB, it gives off a 404 error about a lock file from all of the mirrors, have I missed something?

    Updating phpBB....

If this is the only problem, you can try to install phpBB addon by hand. Just download entire directory http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/cpanels...scripts/phpBB/ and put it in /usr/local/cpanel/addons/

You may also try www.openinstaller.com for updates on phpBB.

Can happen if new version are being put in. To check manually, run the following to just do the addon updates:

    /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/bin/whostmgr2 --updateaddons

    Angry Scripts!

Please could someone from cpanel! UPDATE CPANEL PROPERLY!

I know its alot to ask for but could there not be a central location for all the scripts you offer that cpanel servers can check when a new release of say php-nuke or something else is released and then us nice system admins dont have to spend hours on hours updating cpanel and checking that it works and all that pain in the backside stuff! we have over 14+ servers and I am only one human and to be honest to update 14 servers is a huge pain in the backside to keep the end users (customers happy) everytime an update comes out I have to manually update cpanel because the way it is made and to be honest cpanel works wonders ! but addons just need tweaking so that whan we go to update scripts in webhost manager it auto downloads the LATEST version and installs it. at the moment it does that but not the latest version!

    Regards

Well, that procedure is in place, it's just that they had problems this time specifically with phpBB v2.0.18 which you do have to resolve by removing and then readding in the Addon Scripts.
