Installation of e107 hangs.

On our installation of WHM 11.11.0 cPanel 11.16.0-S18450, Centos 4.6 customer can not install E107 from WHM addon scripts. Installation script screates new database, new dbuser, folder with all required files in it, but in cPanel does not display anything - just a header of the page. When I navigate to the installation folder - it complains about missing DB settings.. Well.. Of course I could fix that manually, but at the end - should it work automatically or not? Or no warranty from cPanel side on this question?

Are you using those deprecated addon scripts or cPAddons (cPanel -> Site Software)?

Hmm, in that case it should work. I use this method to install e107 myself. I'd recommend submitting a ticket regarding this issue so someone can look into this for you: http://tickets.cpanel.net/submit

For other user information: user, who was failing with this installation had wrong MySQL password in ~username/.my.cnf file.
