Installing SugarCRM Problem.

We have CPSkins installed on our server(cPanel 11.6.0-R15076, PHP 5.2.0 and mysql 4.1.22) but it fails to install SugarCRM. After we click on install it come up with in cpanel :-

cPAddon CPSkins::Customer_Relationship_Managment::SugarCRM

The crm folders and database is gets created but it doesnot contain anything.

Following is the error produced in the cpanel logs :-
