Above are copy/pasted info abt the server where my website is hosted.
I have a reseller account with a hosting company with WHM//Cpanel.

The problem is mails from subscribers are not going thru the list
It seems mails are auto-discarded by Mailman frm subscribers.
Whereas, mails from non-subscribers are held and then after admin approval, it goes thru

The hosting company is not able to solve this problem for the last 10 hours.

What can be this to solve this problem immediately?

1. force update cPanel ?? or Just Mailman part?? I just suggested this to them.

Any idea?
