Default Mailscanner with exim port 587?

I needed to open port 587 for some users whose ISP blocks port 25.

I run mailscanner. Are there any issues I need to deal with because of the new port?

No issues. If you have a firewall make sure port 587 is allowing incoming connections for TCP on that port.
