modify acct hook

Is there a hook/cpanel function for when you change a username under Modify an Account? I am trying the dumper.pm but it doesn't appear to be working on my vps currently for some reason.

**edit** Ok cpanel dumper.pm is working fine, but evidently this is not working in WHM (probably as intended). So my original question stands, is it possible to hook into modify an account?

**edit2** Just found this Modify Account Hook , I hope this can get added. Thanks for adding the feature request Matt.
