Need a howto: Fixing Tomcat

Hello. Does anybody know where I can some good documentation regarding fixing tomcat issues on a cPanel server. We are receiving many complaints that tomcat is going down frequently, but the catalina.out and catalina.err files aren't very helpful. I would like to know what is causing the outage, and if a particular user is causing the problems, which one is it? I have searched this forum and google for solutions, but I didn't find anything useful. Perhaps I was using the wrong keywords. Thanks.

Try searching the suexc log, it may reveal some useful error details.
