Default Obtaining mysql password in cpanel

    Hi.
I need to obtain mysql password of the root user, because I need it into a cpanel addon.
I searched over net, but I couldn't find any clue.
Please tell me how can I do this.
    Thanks.

You can reset the root password by logging into WHM and clicking "SQL Services" -> "MySQL Root Password".

The ideea is to obtain from shell the root password for installation and running a third party script.
Other Control Panels keep it in a file, wonder if cPanel it keep as well in a file or no.

In the meantime I found out: /root/.my.cnf
