Private nameservers + API

Any idea on how I can create an account with private nameservers using the API? Or adding private nameservers to an already created account?

Well, cPanel doesn't specifically support "private" nameservers in the sense that you are referring to, however, you could use the DNS functions within the XML-API to do this:

If you are referring to reseller "private" nameservers, you can use the following XML-API call:

I mean that it would be a nice idea to be able to get them setup when creating the account or to have a simpler and safer way of doing it after, as a DNS zone modification seems like a disaster waiting to happen (modify line x).

Also I might add that the documentation on DNS editing is a bit confusing...
