I have created a cPanel gem which allows for connectivity to cPanel XML/JSON API with Ruby/Rails. Please feel free to contribute, and I'd be happy to answer any questions regarding the gem here, or on the gem's issue tracker:

You can install by doing:

gem install cpanel
