there is no tutorials that I know of but you can look in
/usr/local/cpanel/addons/ and see how some of the exsisting addon's are added

I've pretty much examined the addons and what is qualified for the CGI script. I'll write a tutorial on how to begin a CGI script. Right now I am in the middle of creating a DDoS protection. So far I've got down Apache flood and Syn flood protection. Hopefully I will be finished by febuary.
