uninstalling addons

I installed an add on, but uninstalled it - it was my first attempt and I need to tweak a few things. However, the icon left all the control panels, but on the reseller account control panels, the words for the addon are still there. Any idea how to remove it completely?

Oops never mind, it seems it just had to "clear" out of the cache.

How do you clear out the cache of the server?
