Update broke existing addon script installs.

We ran a cpanel update on our servers, and the result was that users could no longer update their scripts. I did some looking around and found that the .cpaddons/cPanel::Category::applicationname.instance number files look to have been put into a different encoding type. Has anyone else had this issue? New installs work correctly and the files look and are treated like clean text files. We have a significant number of users so this is an issue for us. I have put an example below, and have stipped out the identifiable information for security reaons.

Also include the user's user/pass so I can login as the user if need be (IE login wihtout using root override which creates a different environment)
