There are still many errors in the cpanel Docs. For example I can't get to the pages that tell you how to install a cPanel Plugin.
Its bit of a mess atm, can cpanel fix this please.

I have submitted an internal inquiry regarding an issue accessing "twiki.cpanel.net"; for tracking and reference purposes this has been assigned the following internal case ID: #37277 -- in the meantime, pages may be accessed by changing the sub-domain from "twiki" to "docs" such as what is used in the example link provided by Infopro (where the domain used is "docs.cpanel.net").
