Where do you get language files?

Where do you get your language files for cpanel at? i am looking to install support for languages other than english but need to know were to get language files from, perferably free but if we have to we might be able to scrape together some funds to buy them...

I think it really depends on what language files you are requiring. You could also always translate it yourself if you really wanted to
