Default xml api on a reseller account return empty string

I don`t know what happened or what has changed but the xml-api is not working for my reseller account (and it worked) it doesn`t return any xml response, if I use my root account on the https://server:2087/xml-api/applist it works fine, but if I use my reseller account then it return an empty string, anyone have any idea why?

I can access the whm with my reseller account, I can create accounts but when I use the xml-api it returns an empty string ...

    Thanks ...

Just to clarify, if you login as the reseller in your WHM interface (when NOT logged in as root), if you type in the URL for applist, it returns an empty string despite this reseller having privileges to create accounts etc?

Yes, that`s exactly what I`m saying and it worked perfectly a few weeks ago.

If you haven't already done so, please have our technical analysts take a look at this for you so we can figure out what needs to be done to correct this issue: http://tickets.cPanel.net/submit
