    Question Account Creation Email

    Hi,

    When I created a account in WHM, it doesn't send an Account Creation Email to customer.

    Is there a way to make this happened automatically?

    That would be your billing software that would email the customer, or you need to send an email if you are manually doing everything.

    Hey Skyport - that is what I am looking for too. Did you ever find an answer?

    It is generally a standard with other cps, can't believe this one doesn't have it.

    Currently, there is no option in WHM/CPanel to accomplish this task. You may purchase third party billing software like ModernBill to send welcome emails to your clients.
