    Default Adding Email Accounts/Checking Quotas

In the documentation it says use Cpanel > Mail > Manage/Add/Remove Accounts
but I don't have that function. I have several functions under Email, but Add/Remove Accounts is not one of them.
Also, how do I check to see how much space users are taking up in their email folders. This can be checked in cpanel?

Default Email Accounts-WHM, not Cpanel question

Oops, I posted in the wrong place, getting WHM and cPanel mixed up.
What I wanted to know is can I add/remove email accounts for all of my users/accounts in one place within WHM and can I get a list of all their email folders with all their quotas listed in one place?

No, you can't. Unless you or you someone else writes an application to do it as an addon to WHM.
