Another Mail Server

There is an account on my server which has their mail sent through exchange. I just moved them to a new server with better hardware and the mail.domain.com is no longer forwarding to the exchange IP. (mail.domain.com/exchange should bring up a user/pass prompt)

So I set up email.domain.com the same way as mail.domain.com and it is working, I do get the prompt when going to email.domain.com/exchange. What I can't figure out (and need to work) is why the mail.domain.com isn't working as it did on the old server.

CentOS 5.3, cPanel 11.24.5-R38506, WHM 11.24.2 - X 3.9

Are mail.domain.com and email.domain.com propagating to the same IP.
