assp for cpanel

I setup assp for cpanel and I have a few questions. I want to run stunnel on 465. So i setup a /etc/stunnel/stunnel.conf like the grscripts site recommended. cpanel already has a stunnel config, can I just use that one?

Also, what is the proper way to disable exim start up the smtps service on 465?

For now, I am using port 466 for assp through stunnel
