it means your spambox is not working or it was not installed correctly .
Disable your spambox using your ASSP WHM interface then
install it again using following step by step
ASSP Deluxe post installation steps ,FAQs and support.

If you have still problem after the steps above , please email support @ daniolo@gmail.com with your licensed ip .

Do you have any plans to release an official upgrade to ASSP 1.6.1.0/1.6.1.1?

I'd really love to see SSL support that actually works natively without any wacky tunnels or WHM telling me that my primary IP is wrong every day.

There is no official ETA , it's still under testing ; BTW requests for a newer ASSP version are very few (1.5.1 is working very well and feedbacks are excellents). Regarding SSL the problem is more related with openSSL version than current ASSP code.

hello, actually we have an external mx that uses mailfoundry, redirects mail to our server and works very well, except for the fact that since a few days our users are receiving LOTS of spam from their own email address.

Additional info: mailfoundry is setup as secondarymx in cpanel so it's not ratelimited BUT smtp checks and spamassassin do process the email it sents. SPF for incoming mail isn't enabled as it would always fail, but it is enabled for outgoing mail.

Example: user@domain.com receives spam from user@domain.com

Is not a security problem on our server, is genuine spam from zombies that pass thru external MailFoundry and internal SpamAssassin checks

Will ASSP solve this issue? could we keep the mailfoundry for primary filtering (we save on hardware, already paid anyway) and ASSP for secondary filtering? will it still solve the issue with this setup?

If yes, i'm very interested on ordering your special lifetime license.

ASSP offer antispam protection for local domain. Remote MX users (listed in /etc/remotedomains) are not filtered .

ASSP does not have blacklists even if you can enter blackdomains using the ASSP web interface. Regarding whitelists , ASSP uses automatic Whitelists (and this make ASSP different from other antispam software), and you and your users can manage whitelist using the ASSP email interface. BTW if your ASSP scoring are well configured (not too aggressive , not too relaxed) there is no need to be worried about whitelist/blacklist.

sure, the email interface does work. But our users have asked for a web based interface. And looking at the amount requests from other people for this same feature, I would think that it's a rather big request

First of all ASSP whitelist is shared and automatic and controlled by email interface. This makes ASSP different from other antispam solutions (automatic whitelist). So what they are asking you currently is not applicable.
They should not be worried about whitelist, if a lot of email are going in spambox, they should not work with whitelists ; you (as admin) should simply tweak a little your scoring settings (relaxing your current spam scoring settings) . If they are worried losing good email, report them that you already have set relaxed spam settings and the risk to lose a good email is rare ; in that rare situation the email is not lost, and can be read in several ways , asspblock@, cpanel frontend , spambox imap , spambox pop3 .. If they are so worried with whitelists (and don't want understand that this is useless using ASSP) you can also recommend them to send all their mailing contacts to assp-white in a single email ; ASSP will reply with the email already in whitelist and the email added.

Radio_Head, you simply don't care about what you client, or your clients want, do you?

It's easier to lecture someone about who dumb they are, than listening to their needs. With any other solution out there, an end user can see which email addresses are whitelisted, which are black listed, and edit both lists with a easy to use interface. Why is it so difficult for you to even consider introducing something like this?
