ASSP Web Interface - Cannot connect

I just installed ASSPX plugin for Cpanel and then installed ASSP through ASSPX.
I can not connect to the web interface I get connection timed out. I've tried different ports but no luck. Nor can I see any error in the various log files suggesting a fix.

Where did you obtain this plugin specifically? I ask as ASSP itself for cPanel is available via this location:

ASSP Deluxe for cpanel : ASSP how to for cpanel , cpanel antispam and antivirus , WHM addon , vps antispam solution, smtp proxy antispam, email antivirus

But you might be using the one noted here:

FREE ASSP X (ASSP eXtended - WHM addon with cPanel interface)

Neither of these are cPanel-provided plugins, so their support would be sought via the script creator as your best course of action.
