Default Autoresponder for aliased mail [bug]

I cannot find any related thread but we might have encountered a bug...

    Here is the situation:
    - we have domain.com as seperate account
    - we have domain.net parked on domain.com
    - we have email domain alias set so that *@domain.net is delivered to *@domain.com

A client has now set up 2 autoresponders:
    - one for info@domain.com
    - one for info@domain.net

From what we can tell if somebody now send mail to info@domain.net (aliased) he gets autoresponder mail, but the mail itself IS NOT delivered to the inbox.

Can somebody confirm this on their own server?

    Br,
    Bostjan

Please make sure that the nameservers for your parked domains is same as your main domain. If it is, then you can check the email logs from the below mentioned location.

    pico /var/log/exim_mainlog

I would like to see if I can replicate this issue on my test server. However, I just want to make sure I understand your scenario accurately before I begin my testing:

    - You have an email domain forwarder from Domain.net to Domain.com
    - You have autoresponders on both info@domain.net and info@domain.com
    - Email sent to info@domain.com receives an auto-response and is delivered to info@domain.com
    - Email sent to info@domain.net receives an auto-response but is not delivered to info@domain.com

    Is that correct?

I tested this scenario on my test server without encountering any issues. Mail I sent to an auto-responder on domain.net got forwarded to the email account on domain.com while the auto-responder from domain.net was sent (but not the one from domain.com).

You may want to double-check to ensure there isn't a mail account set up for info@domain.net that is collecting this mail.

    I checked and it isn't.
It must be something in local config...
