Hi Guys,

I have a domain and I manage the DNS records my self through a console we have. I have created two MX records mail1 points to my Exchange 2007 Server and mail2 points to my cPanel Web Hosting account.

I have setup the cPanel account as a Backup Mail Exchanger.

We have issues (not related to the cPanel account at all) with some domains (e.g. AOL) sending up email. The mail1 record does not resolve (even though it resolves perfectly for most people).

The mail from AOL and the others having issues resolving mail1 ends up on our cPanels Mail Queue.

The problem I have is that mail stays on the Queue and does not forward to the Exchange Server, even though its online.

Is there anything I have to do for this to work?

When I try click on the link on the Queue page and try force to to send the mail, I get the below text and the email stays on the Queue:
