Since a time the boxtrapper stops the delivery the messages to one user at the domain, the other users with the boxtrapper enabled works fine.
The message once confirmed, stills in the boxtrapper until manually select the white list and delivery.
I disable and renable the boxtrapper with the same results, even deleting and recreating the mail account doesn't work.
any advice?
