Boxtrapper/email issue

I'm not clear as to whether Boxtrapper is integral to cPanel, or if it's a 3rd party add-on.

Before I ask questions, can someone confirm whether this is the right place to ask them. If the filtering isn't working properly, is this more likely an issue for the Hosting company?

If this isn't the appropriate forum, can someone point me in the right direction?

It's a part of cPanel Pro I believe. Your host would have had to install that for you to have it.
