Can I filter a forward email account?

I have an email address(qwe@mydomain.com) being forward to (asd@hotmail.com). it is possible to make a filter that does not receive certain messages on the asd@hotmail.com ?

I think that the forwarding rule overrides the filters rule, is this correct?

Am I able to block some emails and forward only some of them?

You can't set filter rule for hotmail E-mail account on your server. You can simply set filter rule to your main E-mail address qwe@mydomain.com to avoid any unwanted E-mails to be get forward to your hotmail account.
