Can Mail be delivered into two places?

I have a client that does not like the mail within C-Panel. They want to use Outlook (which is not the problem that is created easy). The problem is that they also want the same messages to be delivered into a second account with G-Mail or Yahoo. can this be done and how?

They want to be able to use one computer with outlook, but then when using another computer, which is not able to use the same outlook on the other computer, go into G-Mail or Yahoo and see those same messages.

Does this make sense in how I have described what they want to do and would anyone know how to do this?

Yes, just create a forwarder for that same email address to their Yahoo/GMail account and mail will be delivered to both the email account and the address you're forwarding to.

But if I create a "forwarder" will this not just send mail the "say gmail" account? Without being stored in Outlook as well?

If you have example@example.com that is both a forwarder to example@gmail.com and an email account that is accessed by Outlook - both locations will have a copy of any message sent to example@example.com.

Why not just use domain services at gmail they store email on their system forever up to 7 gb for personal accounts per email

I suppose some of us don't like the TOS for gmail where they give themselves permission to do pretty much whatever they want with what's on their servers... I steer all my business clients away from gmail for that reason alone.
