Default Cannot access 2 out of 3 email accounts

    Hi all,

I have 3 email account, my default one and two that I have created , one i've been using for three years now and the who was created last week.

This morning when I logged on my Cpanel I went to:

    --Mail
    ---- Add remove manage accounts
------Select one of my three account, the second one

A password screen comes up, I type it and click login....that's it nothing happens it just says done in FF status bar. I tried logging in to me new account but it yields the same result. I tried my default account and that one worked, after entering my password and logging in I chose my email client (squirrelmail) and bingo I was in.

I tried logging in with my two accounts both in FF and IE and got the same "DONE" status.

    Any suggestions

    Thanks

Since you do log into one account fine, it sounds like a browser issue. Try clearing your web cache and cookies. When you log out of the working account, do use the 'log out' link. If you have access to your servers drive, you may want to check the sessions in tmp and or delete them as well.

My browsers are all clean but still nothing.

I looked in my TMP folder but this is a bit beyond my knowledge, I attached a screenshot of it, which files should I delete

    Thanks

    ***************** Edit ************************

Well I created a dummy account and it's the same thing as my two others. I guess that leaves out the temp files solution.

So basically I see the new dummy account but after I click on it's webmail button I enter my password and then nothing, just a blank page. Usually I am asked to choose my email client, in my case SquirrelMail

    Any other suggestions ???

    Thanks

Are you using the full email address as the login username?

Any specific reason you're still on the old cPanel theme? Not sure if its related, but worth a try.

Beats me, i've been using this panel for the last 3 years now and this is the first problem so far. I still use the same url that my host gave me. it's pretty unlikely the theme would solve my problem but in any case how could I access it?

    Thanks

Ask your host to switch you over to it via WHM, X Skin Migration Wizard. If you re using a URL with /x/ in it, try using yourdomain.com/cpanel or yourdomain.com/webmail instead.
(if neither of those work your host will have to make the change for this in WHM > Tweak Settings as well.)

He really should be the one supporting you on this.

I know he should be giving a hand on this but he's not

We have a deal, I did some services for him and he hosts me for free, so his support takes a long time, in the meantime my business is booming and I can't afford to wait.

I tried your url tips to no vail, even after replacing the X with either webmail or cpanel i'm still redirected to the same blank pag, I did have to login again though.

    Thank you for your time
