    Unhappy Cannot receive Email

    Hello - I have a serious problem.

I cannot receive email. I cannot send email. I cannot change the passwords for my accounts (disk quota exceeded).

Does anybody know what the fizzle is going on? My company is highly reliant upon our email.

Yeah I know what disk quota exceeded is, but ALL of our email account usages combined are less than 10 mb, and most of them are "unlimited". wtf m8

Please respond. Any help would be much appreciated.

You should really be contacting your web hosting provider regarding this issue. cPanel is only the software they have installed on their server. We're completely a third party with regards to this matter.

It sounds as if you are a customer of a company who uses CPanel for your hosting. And if you are saying that your particular account is over quota even though you haven't used all of your space, you need to contact whomever your hosting provider is.

If you are the actual server admin with control via WHM, it doesn't sound like it by what you describe above.

But I'll tell you this much - There are two quotas - individual mailbox quotas and account quotas. You could have mailbox quotas far below their rated quota but still be nonfunctional because the user account that those emails are under has reached quota. This is also what makes me believe you may be an end user who needs to contact their hosting company. Whomever is in control of the hosting machine is the one who is going to help you with your problem with an individual account quota being reached.
