Default cannot send mail from one local domain to another

We cannot send mail from one local domain to another. We get a following error:

This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

    info@inte.....s.net

    Technical details of permanent failure:
    PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 13): 550 5.7.1 <info@inte....s.net>... Relaying denied

When trying to restart exim we get [FAILED] on shut down attempt:

    /sbin/service exim restart
    Shutting down exim: [FAILED]
Shutting down antirelayd: [ OK ]
Shutting down spamd: [ OK ]
    Starting exim: [ OK ]
    Starting exim-smtps: [ OK ]
    Starting antirelayd: [ OK ]
    Starting spamd: [ OK ]
And there are too many exim <defunct> processes in memory.

Both domains are present in /etc/localdomains file.

You need to check the exim error log when sending an email. On Linux it's /var/log/exim_mainlog
