Hi, I am an end-user and my cPanel host asked me to ask for help for them since they cannot figure this out.
To be able to adjust spamassassin scores of different infractions, to improve spam vs. ham detection, I would like to see the X-Spam-Report header in all mails, not just in the spams.
According to other forums, I should be able to accomplish this by putting a line, such as:
add_header all Report _REPORT_
to my ~/.spamassassin/useruser_prefs file.
Not only does the above not work, but no add_header seems to work, for example "add_header all TESTHEADER" also does nothing.
Some other directives I have seen on other forums also do nothing, for example:
always_add_headers 1
always_add_report 1
use_terse_report 0
does nothing.
Can someone tell me what to do?
And, if there is something that my cPanel host needs to do to enable that functionality, please tell me what THEY need to do, as well, so they won't blame me for not being able to handle it myself.
Thanks for your help.
For those reading, there is some related material in this thread, but it didn't quite answer my question:
