can't send or recieve any mail

Hello,


I can't send or receive any mails when I check /var/log/exim_mainlog I found this

Code:
2007-10-25 17:16:27 failed to open /etc/localdomains for linear search: Permission denied (euid=47 egid=12)
2007-10-25 17:16:30 failed to open /etc/localdomains for linear search: Permission denied (euid=47 egid=12)
2007-10-25 17:16:31 failed to open /etc/localdomains for linear search: Permission denied (euid=47 egid=12)
2007-10-25 17:16:33 failed to open /etc/localdomains for linear search: Permission denied (euid=47 egid=12)
2007-10-25 17:16:33 failed to open /etc/localdomains for linear search: Permission denied (euid=47 egid=12)
2007-10-25 17:16:37 failed to open /etc/localdomains for linear search: Permission denied (euid=47 egid=12)
2007-10-25 17:16:45 failed to open /etc/localdomains for linear search: Permission denied (euid=47 egid=12)
When I check /etc/localdomains owner I found it root:tmp I tried to change it to root:mail it's not responding any change


please any one have any comment or solver please tell me

also When I change the owner to root:root it changed fine

Please help me

Try doing /scripts/eximup --force

It looks like your settings might be corrupted.
