    Default [Case 50224] Email Box usage goes to zero. maildirsize file looks ok

    I have a domain with about 70 email accounts (10 pages of accounts) and the mail usage goes to zero after accessing an "Email Accounts" page two or three times. For example:

    account usage quota
    foo@bar.com 223 250

    After clicking on several other pages of accounts then back to the one with foo@bar.com on it, the usage is now zero for all the accounts on the page.

    If I delete the maildirsize for the accounts it will come back as expected. If I do the same page clicking again then it goes back to zero.

    We have two cases concerning this issue (50224 for 11.30 and 50197 for 11.32), which are currently being looked into for the matter. You could review the changelog at Change Logs for when case 50224 is implemented for 11.30

    Case 50224 is resolved in version 11.30.1.1, to see if this version has propagated to your update tier yet, visit Downloads - cPanel Inc.

    Anyone still experiencing this issue on 11.30.1.1 or later should submit a bug report using the Bugs link at the top of this page. If you have difficulty using that form, just email sales@cpanel.net and we'll get it into the bug reporting system from our end.
