    not found
The requested URL /cgi-bin/cgiemail was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

If you have root access to the server, submit a ticket. Otherwise, contact your web hosting provider for assistance. To determine who your web hosting provider may be, visit:

Please understand these forums are open to the public. As a result, I tend to give generic answers to encompass the possibility the the poster may be an end-user or a server administrator with WHM access.

If this is an end-user, they will not have sufficient access to run an update. In fact, their server administrator should be notified of the situation so they can take appropriate action as they see fit (hence the advice to contact the web hosting provider).

Also understand this is a community forum, not a support forum. While we encourage users to communicate amongst each other regarding situations they may encounter with our software, ultimately if there is something wrong with the server that cannot be resolved via these forums and you want the cPanel staff to rectify the situation then submitting a support ticket is the best way to do this.

However if you merely want to inform us of an issue with our software or submit a suggestion, then the appropriate place to do that is http://bugzilla.cpanel.net

Ok, I am a hosting provider and I would like an answer about which update script to run and I don't want to wait to open a ticket with you guys and go through that for the response. That is why you have these forums, if you need to restrict access then do so, but your answer is pretty much useless.

    Hi David,

I have submitted a ticket regarding the same problem as the inital post.

I'm wondering how long until I receive a reply? Not that it has been long at all yet, it's just that I need to give my clients an estimate on time to resolve.

    Cheers,

    ozmo

as you see even yours cpanel cgi not working:

    http://www.cpanel.net/products/cPane...try_cp_whm.htm
login on one of cpanel ver. 10 or 11 and
clik on CGI Center and then on CGI Email

both version redirect on 404 page

so this is defintly bug for most of cpanel users.

    Please fix this.

    Best regards, Sasa

I see your ticket has been in the system for about 40 minutes so far. I know that our Houston office is likely having a shift change from morning to day shift at the moment, you should receive your first response in a few hours. Normally it'd probably be far less but I notice many support tickets in the system at the moment and that can slow things down.

Note for future reference that those who are direct customers who submit their support requests via their cPanel store account as well as partners/distributors who submit their support requests via Manage2 will receive higher priority in the support queue and as a result, would make your ticket among the first to be addressed by our support staff.

Note that receiving a response will not always mean that the issue has been resolved, it could be something as simple as the support staff needing more information regarding your situation.

Hmm, I never noticed that before. I'll notify the developers to see what can be done about that.
