Changing My Default Pages. Horde Error

Basically... index.html is not a default page (as in does not load first by default) when I create an account and upload a index.html file.

Anyway I can view/add/edit these settings through cPanel?

If not how else.

And also, I keep getting this error from Horde. I setup a domain, setup the email, and went to horde.
