    Default Clamd Memory Leak

Anyone else having memory problems with clamd 94.2

While it always used a lot of resources (about 6% of memory) version 94.2 memory use increases every time the database is reloaded (currently it is 17%).

If I restart Exim, memory use goes back down intil the data bases are reloaded.

This on a CentOS 4.7 server with very low (<500/day) email activity.

Yep. Same issue. Started last month. Not sure what to do.

I've always had this happen, right now i've solved the problem with a hack, i run a cron job once a day which restarts exim/clamd/spamd (it executes "service exim restart").

same here. I'm seeing 260M RES! crazy. A restart does the trick. Looks like a cron hack here as well. Centos 5
