Configuring mail from a dedicated server

Hi

I have a situation where mail is not being sent both using PHP mail and direct from our mailboxes.

Instead the mail is going straight to the default address on the same server.

How do I check the mail logs, where are they?

The situation is that our domain was transferred over from a shared to a dedicated server, but we wanted to keep the mailboxes on the shared server, for security reasons, and only use the dedicated server to send mailing list + mail from program using PHP mail.

The mailboxes on the shared server are working perfectly.

Would be very greatful for any advise in this area.

To check the mail logs in real time, open a term and run either/both of these commands:

tail -f /var/log/maillog

tail -f /var/log/exim_mainlog

Here's the logs (maillog + mainlog)

####### = server name
?????????? = destination email

The error log is empty for today.

Can anyone find any errors in this?
