copy of outgoing mails ???

Hello Every one :

I have a client who needs to monitor the email activities of his employess and hence he needs a copy of all out going mails through his domain.

It does not matter whether the user sends mail via Web interface or via Email client, To sum it up he needs a copy of outgoing mails.

Is this possible ????
