I have an cPanel account at an ISP, that has been neglecting to answer our questions the past months. And now the mail folder on one of the accounts is corrupt. It probably happened when we accidentally moved the whole mail-folder on the server, but then moved it back to the root level again. After that the folder structure shows up corrupt in the webmail view (i.e RoundCube). I can see that there are files in the "cur" and "new" folder on the server. Any suggestions on where to find information on how/where to fix this problem? The should be a file indicating the folder structure or something!?

Also, does anyone know of a way to view the emails on a local computer if we download the whole mail-folder from the server?

This is probably a long shot but thankful for any answers!
