Could not connect to webmail?

Hi i have installed rcmail and horde and SquirrelMail but when i tried to connect to webmail http://mydomain.com/webmail its always prompting this error "Could not connect to server"
I have checked exim is running and httpd is running and all necessary services are running but still it's not working.

What is the issue?

I can pop the mails using kmail or other mail client.I can pop the mails from my outlook but cannot using my webmail client.
What could be the issue

Can you connect to webmail via http://www.domain.com:2095

yes i am able to connect to my website on that port also.

Then webmail is working, login to ssh and try to rebild your httpd.conf file.

/scripts/rebuildhttpdconf

I have seen a recent glitch that cause a webmail problem because of the port forwarding in the httpd.conf
