cpanel access problems [moved]

Hi everyone,

What would be a posible reason why I cannot access my control panel nor my email (horde, squirel, neo) from my computer at work. When I go to the site, I get "page cannot be displayed". It works fine at home or on other computers. Any advice will be appreciated.

You will have to contact your webhost. Only they will be able to verify and assist you. One possible casue can be that your Ip or network might be blocked at the server,

One of the more likely reasons is that the firewall on your work network doesn't allow access to the ports that cPanel and webmail use.

If you find this to be the case, you could visit cpanelproxy.net and install their proxy scripts, allowing (insecure) access to cpanel, whm and webmail on port 80.
