One of my customers has an email account that CPanel is reporting to be 42MB in size, even after he deleted all spam in the spam folder and emptied the trash in SquirrelMail. I checked the size of all files on the account using "du -ckh --max-depth=1" and it returned a total size of 17MB. I'm at a loss to explain where the other 25MB is at. Since it's not physically there on the filesystem, I'm assuming that CPanel is reporting the size incorrectly.
I know CPanel caches quota sizes and what not, but it's been like this since last night. Is there a way to force CPanel to re-calculate the quotas for mail accounts?
