cPanel Webmail Forwarding Options Trouble

I have a user who has created some forwarding options through the cPanel webmail interface and can't delete it. I've tried myself and it appears as though it deleted successfully however when going back into the webmail forwarding options it's still there.

Anyone have any suggestions for me to try?

Please make sure that there is no forwarder set for the particular email address from the cPanel for which you have deleted it from the web mail.

The forwarder I'm trying to delete is set in the cPanel email forwarders. The recipient of the forwarder is not one of our email addresses. I'm not 100% sure I understand what you are referring to?
