    Default Custom RBL

Hi there. We have paid for a data feed from spamhaus and have a local DNS cache on our network. How do we configure cPanel to use this rather than the zen.spamhaus.org that is currently set up by default? I believe we are processing too much mail and spamhaus will cut us off soon.

    Thanks

Wouldn't it be as simple as creating a custom RBL, and specifying the IP address of the DNS that has the cache?

have you configured a dns server to serve the zones supplied in the spamhaus feed?

If you have its simply a case of pointing an a record at the IP of the dns server that has the zones and in WHM > Exim Configuration Editor > RBLs there is a 'Manage' Link, simply add your custom RBL there and save it, exim will then check your rbl during smtp transactions
