I reinstall exim, but it's don't work too.

Can you clarify what you mean by "don't work" - are they all defaulting to fail?

Have you checked your mail logs or mail queue to see if there's any errors being generated?OK, sorry for bad english!

i set Default Address Maintenance, Send all unrouted e-mail for helpsat.net to masood.y@gmail.com
For test this setting i send an e-mail to jhdfsfh78trg@helpsat.net or ...@helpsat.net

To check your mail queue, go to WHM -> Email -> Mail Queue Manager.
To check your mail logs, go to:
/var/log/exim_mainlog
/var/log/exim_rejectlog
If you are on FreeBSD, substitute the _ with a /
